The Platja de la Fosca is the neighbourhood’s go-to beach: a long ribbon of golden sand, sheltered, with calm shallow water — ideal for children and the first swim of the day.
At the northern end, the silhouette of the ruins of Sant Esteve de Mar castle watches over the bay; to the south, the Camí de Ronda links up with the rocky coves. A few chiringuitos and restaurants line the seafront.
Good to know: lifeguarded in summer, with showers and sunlounger hire. Arrive early in July and August.
