On the other side of the bay, towards Palamós, Cala Margarida and the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge are the opposite of La Fosca: every service within easy reach — watersports rental, sailing schools, restaurants and a long seafront promenade.
The sand is wide and the slope gentle, ideal for families. The nearby marina is the departure point for boat trips and diving clubs.
Good to know: plenty of car parks and shops; better sheltered than the open coast on tramontana days.
