Sant Feliu de Guíxols

20 min en voiture · 20 km

Sant Feliu de Guíxols blends seaside buzz with heritage. Stroll along the Passeig del Mar, a long promenade lined with palm trees, terraces and shops, before reaching the marina and the town beach.

Above stands the Benedictine monastery and its emblem, the Porta Ferrada — a pre-Romanesque façade with horseshoe arches, just metres from the sand. Each summer, the monastery hosts the Porta Ferrada Festival, the oldest music festival in Catalonia (since 1958), which brings the town’s nights to life.

Good to know: 20 min by car (20 km along the coast road). From there, the Camí de Ronda leads to chic S’Agaró and the cove of Sa Conca, one of the loveliest on the coast.
